We can’t say enough good things about Sarah and James wedding at Big Cork Vineyards. By the time of their First Look, they couldn’t wait to see each other. Sarah was simply radiant and James had such an amazing smile. It was so clear that he’s head over heals in love with his bride!
After their sweet ceremony, Sarah’s Grandma came up to us as we were taking family pictures. She said, “I want to thank you so much for being here and capturing Sarah’s day. You guys are doing such a great job capturing these moments.” It means so much to us to hear that from someone who knows and understands legacy and the importance that these pictures will have over the years to come.
Sarah and James, we loved seeing the joy that filled your day and how you were surrounded by so much love from your family and friends!
In a day full of emotions, Sarah said she felt the most joy when she was standing with James and holding his hands during the ceremony. “It all started to feel so real, and I don’t think I’ve ever smiled so hard in my life!” Then James said after being married, “when the ceremony was over and we were announced as husband and wife, I felt the most joy.”
James said that what was going through his mind right before he saw Sarah for the first time was excitement. “Hearing Sarah walk up behind me my mind was racing and I couldn’t think of anything else.” Sarah said she was feeling relief and excitement. “I had waited all day (felt like forever) to see him and hug him and kiss him.”
According to James, married life has been great so far! “I feel a renewed sense of security. We are stronger with each other and it feels great.” Sarah echoes the same sentiment, “It’s been really good. The thing that feels the most different for me, is that I have an awareness that I am officially part of his family now and he is officially part of mine.”
