It’s Blossom Time! We had a blast meeting up with Ali & Sean at the crack of dawn to catch the sunrise behind Washington DC’s famous cherry blossoms. There’s always a good amount of uncertainty about when the blossoms will show up and this year the prediction changed multiple times. Everything came together for a beautiful weekday morning full of amazing light. Congratulations you two!

We had so much fun walking around Georgetown with Vicktery and Justin! While their relationship may have had a slow start, as you’ll see in the story below, we have to say – they have one of the year’s most romantic proposals! One evening at sunset, when Justin was visiting Vicktery in Spain, they went up to the rooftop to take in the view. That’s when he surprised her by popping the question! We’re so happy for you two!

It was a session full of smiles and laughter. Koda had a blast watching the sky for things only he could hear and enjoyed showing off how regal he looked with mom and dad.

These two spent a lot of time getting to know each other at the gym (Missed Part 1 of this couple’s session? See it here!). Once they were a couple, the Mosaic District was one of their favorite places to come for dates. So of course we had to incorporate that into their engagement photos!
