This past week I took some time to reflect on how thankful I am to have been able to spend the past 4 years building my own photography business full-time.
Washington D.C. Wedding industry is booming, more and more couples are coming to our beautiful diverse nation capitol and as always the choices for vendors are endless. I know this can seem like a daunting task. How can you navigate the ocean of options and find the right baker, venue or florist?

These two have the kind of love that endures through every trial. They’ve learned that they can work through anything together and we think that’s a real testament to the work they’ve done together as partners.

Danielle and Taylor met as undergrads in Knoxville, Tennessee at The University of Tennessee. Danielle was a collegiate rower, and Taylor comes from a long-line of orange-loving Vols.
After their engagement session a year ago, we could hardly wait for Chris and Cristina’s wedding. We had so much fun capturing this couple’s relationship and we knew their wedding would be more of the same. On their picture perfect wedding day, it was clear that they compliment one another well and love each other deeply!
Their ceremony and sweet moments through out the day was surely the best. We were able to hit up some of DC most beautiful locations for their wedding portraits, from the Washington Monument, to Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, and the Thomas Jefferson Memorial! There couldn’t have been a better way to begin the Spring season than with these two!!
We are so happy to have had the honor of photographing such an amazing day and so many incredible couples portraits, (for real, keep scrolling!!) tender moments, and beautiful smiles.
Annie + Mike met online through a dating app and after their first date together at they both immediately felt spark fly! They both knew they had found someone special and they have been together ever since!
